This extension module will place a new selection item (Cart Information Details) located in the admin reports section where a superuser or admin account can view the contents of carts present in the system. The admin user can select to view the cart information by cart type (cart, wishlist, all carts) and by a time period from 1, 5, 30, 60, 90, 120 days to all cart information within the database. When viewing in the cart mode each cart will contain a data/time stamp when they where created, if a customer was logged into the site or hade been logged in at sometime, their email address will be present and a link will appear where the admin person can email the customer with further detail of the item or sale if desired thru a email-a-friend type email which will contain the items picture and description. All carts can be edited thru a cart id button, which brings up the ecom.cart database screen where the items will be presented and can be deleted from the cart; this would be the same as clicking on the browse link for ecom.cart while in Raw Database Admin. All items contained in the database can be edited directly from the cart detail page by clicking on the items id number, which will start up an external page with the standard product entry page. If setup to do so Items will display if inventory is active for the product and its current inventory level, this requires amending the build_item array in ECOM_Cart.php (explained at the end of this instruction sheet). The admin person can also go directly to the customers information and edit there details if needed.

Information can also be viewed for the number of times an item has appeared in the cart system for the same time periods mentioned. Items in the count list will appear from the newest cart to the oldest and does not reflect the exact time period that they where placed into a cart but will give the total number of times within the time selected.
