Terms
A single item or a group of items placed in a shoping cart at the time of checkout that equal or exceeds the amount of $199.99 will be eligible to receive free shipping to U.S. residents in the amount of the total shipping charges plus any handling fees, not to exceed a total free shipping amount of $25.00 provided that the item is labeled as available for free shipping. Shipping amounts in excess of the free shipping limite will be added to the final invoice total at the time of checkout. Some items may not be eligible for free shipping even tho there amount exceeds the free shipping threshold, only items that are labeled as available for free shipping are subject to these free shipping terms.
Shipping Amounts
The actual shipping amount for packages very by size, weight and distance from origin and may exceed the amount allowed for free shipping. In the event there is an error in getting current shipping charges returned from the active delivery company at the time of checkout the system will default to a shipping amount of $45.00, plus handling charges that may apply, per package, this amount my not reflect the actual shipping cost for a given package and is thus subject to correction before the order can be shipped. If the total shipping, minus the shipping limit, calculated for and order does not cover the actual shipping cost then Straightline Production, LLC reserves the right to correct any shortage in shipping amounts which are due and payable before the order is shipped. In the event the default shipping amount is in excess of the amount needed to correctly ship an order then Straigthline Productions, LLC will refund that excess portions of the actual shipping amount back to the payment method used.
Free shipping amounts will be determaned from the lowest ground shipping amount returned from either UPS, Fedex, USPS or any other delivery company that is active at the time the cart is presented for checkout.
The amount of either the lowest actual shipping cost or the shipping limit will be deducted from the lowest shipping amount returned and displayed as the first selected shipping option, this amount will also be deducted from all other shipping options presented for selection at the time of checkout.
Exceptions
Certain postal zip code areas near the physical store location of Dog House Music Center at 18529 W. Van Buren St. Goodyear Arizona can receive free shipping even if the item or cart subtotal does not equal or exceed the free shipping amount, only if items are eleigible for free shipping, and exceed the mimium order amout of $50.00, and do not exceed the shipping limit allowed. Local customer may also be given the choice of free in-store pick for items purchased on the site.
