Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!
We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.
A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order (only) or a personal checks. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.
An order placed on this site is a legal and binding contract of sale between the customer and Straight Line Production, LLC. Any order(s) placed on this site which is to be paid by check, for which no payment is received by Straight Line Production, LLC will be treated as a breech of that sale contract too which all legal action that can be used to receive full payment for the order(s) will be applied at the customers expense.
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund and may be subject to a cancelation fee of 10%.
Shipping Information
Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the shipping charges associated with each item.

Shipping amounts that are presented by United Parcel Service of America, Inc. (UPS), Federal Express, Inc (Fedex) and the United States Post Office (USPS) are retrieved in real time when the cart is presented for checkout. We make every effort to insure that information sent to these companies is as accurate as possible for the determination of shipping amounts. In the event that there is a discrepancy in the shipping need to ship the actual package and the shipping amount selected for the order on the site, then Straightline Productions, LLC will notify the customer of any such differences needed to ship the order, which must be paid before the order is shipped.
Order Cancelation
Orders which are canceled by the customer for any reason are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
If for any reason StraightLine Production, LLC is unable to fulfill any order in a reasonable time period we will notify the customer of any such delays in delivery. If at that time the customer deems the delay to be an excessive time period to wait for delivery and request that the order be canceled Straightline Production will refund the order balance or any part of the order for which we are unable to fulfill with out applying restocking or cancelation fees.
